Refund Policy – Precision Driving Academy

This Refund Policy applies to all driving lessons, lesson packages, and gift vouchers provided by Precision Driving Academy. By booking lessons or purchasing vouchers, you agree to the terms outlined below.

A deposit is required to secure a booking for block bookings or lesson packages. Full payment must be made prior to the first lesson. Deposits are non-refundable, except where required by law. An administration fee of £10 may apply to refunds requested prior to the commencement of lessons.

Once the first lesson of any package has taken place, lessons, deposits, and gift vouchers are non-refundable under any circumstances. Gift vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, or transferred to another person.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable and will be charged in full. If the instructor cancels a lesson, it will be rescheduled at no additional cost.

All approved refunds will be processed within 5 working days from receipt of your bank details.

Refunds may only be requested by the original purchaser or named recipient of the lessons or voucher. This Refund Policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer protection law.
